We ship using UPS, DHL or Fedex and duties and applicable taxes might incur to our clients.

Shipping rates are for the Continental US, and exclude island territories. Specific Shipping rates can be requested for these areas. Please contact us.

Disclaimer:

U.S. couriers are currently experiencing significant shipment delays due to the suspension of the de minimis rule, which previously allowed imports valued under $800 to enter the United States duty- and tax-free. As of August 29, 2025, all commercial shipments, regardless of value or origin, are now required to undergo full customs clearance and may be subject to duties or taxes.

As a result, international shipments may be subject to extended processing times, potential additional charges, and delivery delays beyond standard transit estimates. These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding as U.S. customs authorities and courier services adjust to the new regulations.

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so.

All items should be returned new, unused and in original Patrick Mavros packaging.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs, international taxes or import duties incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a free certificate of postage from a courier company of your choice, as we can only be responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store. We can also arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel. You will need to be at the provided address to hand over the parcel, and there is a charge for this service.

As the responsibility for international customs duties and local VAT/GST (outside of the EU) lie with the customer, Patrick Mavros are unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.

Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or in a faulty condition and for orders cancelled before dispatch under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).

All orders should be returned to Patrick Mavros, 104-106 Fulham Road, London SW3 6HS, United Kingdom. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed by a member of our team.

If your selection is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and an order will be placed that will be dispatched to you within four to six weeks.

Each piece is lovingly handmade in our studios in Zimbabwe and in Mauritius. We promise it will be worth the wait! The pieces are then packaged with great care and shipped to you.

Every piece is personally selected and polished by hand, it is then wrapped in our signature wrapping paper adorned with silver foil elephants, crowned with a colourful silk bow, and bestowed with a handwritten optional gift message and prepared for shipping.
